Studying abroad taught me a lot of new skills I wouldn’t have been able to pick up here in the UK. It showed me a completely different side to the Spanish culture and gave the opportunity to travel and try out a lot of new food! I was about to meet a lot of people from all over the world and made friends for life. I think it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity where you get to really push yourself out of your comfort zone and try out new things. I would recommend trying living and studying or working abroad out, to find out who you really are without the external influences or restraints you may have at home.
