Support

We understand that university life can sometimes be challenging. NTSU’s free and independent Information and Advice Service (IAS) is here to support you.

IAS offers advice and information on:

  • health and wellbeing

Volunteering

Interested in giving back to your community? We have ready-made micro-volunteering activities available. You can take part in from home, or we can help you set up your own volunteering project with funding and support.

We also have lots of volunteer roles that can help you to:

  • student mental health champions
  • information and advice volunteers

  • academic reps

Representation

NTSU represents students on all aspects of their student experience and academic interests.

Want to make changes to your course, have an idea that you think would improve the SU or just need someone to talk to? Executive Officers and Academic Reps are here to offer advice and support. You can also suggest changes you would like to see on campus through our Big Ideas scheme.
