Role
Jenny teaches various modules across Food Science and Technology at Nottingham Trent University, including: Food Chemistry, Nutrition and Health, Biochemistry, and Food Manufacturing. Jenny is also the Course Leader for Level 6 Food Industry Technical Professional Apprenticeship, and an Academic Tutor.
