Playing sport doesn't have to mean a big, long-term commitment, we run regular Play for Fun sessions that focus on making sport sociable, inclusive and enjoyable.
There's no requirement to join a club, all sessions must be booked in advance on the NTU Sport App.

Everything you need to know
Simply go to the NTU Sport app and click on the the Play for Fun tile and select your session from the timetable.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, you can cancel your selected Play for Fun activity on the NTU Sport App.
As well as meeting new friends, you can also earn rewards to give you that extra bit of motivation.
Sign in at every session you attend, and start earning your rewards. You just need to attend 20 sessions to earn your free Play for Fun branded t-shirt.
20 sessions = a black or pink Play for Fun T-shirt.
