Peverell Hall – Nottingham Trent University Accommodation Review As a student living in Peverell Hall at Nottingham Trent University (NTU), I’ve had a great experience overall. Located on Clifton Campus, it’s a fantastic option for students who want to be close to their lectures while enjoying modern and comfortable accommodation. Rooms & Facilities The rooms in Peverell are ensuite, which is a huge plus. They’re not the biggest, but they’re clean, well-maintained, and have everything you need—a comfy bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelves. The bathrooms are private, which is great for personal space. The kitchen and living areas are shared between flatmates, and they’re well-equipped with fridges, ovens, and plenty of storage. Location & Convenience Since Peverell is on Clifton Campus, it’s super convenient for students studying there. You can roll out of bed and be in a lecture within minutes. The campus has a library, gym, shops, cafes, and the Clifton SU, so you don’t have to go int
so good and close to all lectures, always someone willing to help
Overpiced for what it offers but near a river
The student halls(Peverell) gave me the best experience as an international student.I felt it like my second home and I loved my experience there.
The experience so far has been fantastic at Peverell Hall Residence. All my flatmates are postgraduate students with a mix of nationalities which makes it an intercontinental experience living with them.
Before coming to university, I was very anxious about moving away. Peverell has made my experience moving away as comfortable as possible. My room is excellent, with plenty of storage and ways that I can decorate it to make me feel at home.
I wouldn’t say it’s the best value for money, I pay £182 per week which is on the pricey side compared to other accommodations which are more modern than this one, however, you do have security on sight and good maintenance and cleaning team and the location is very convenient as it is on campus. I do recommend to go here for first year at least as it will make your life so much easier especially if you have 9am lessons, and the price does get cheaper for second year if you choose to book again.
Peverell was a very enjoyable experience and considering it was on the Clifton campus it allowed for a very social atmosphere where I was able to engage with a lot of the other students. However the value for money wasn't amazing and I think it should've been priced a little bit cheaper since the kitchen facilities weren't as modern as I was hoping
In a good spot on campus, not far from the supermarket either. Accom is nice plenty of space for car parking and the rooms are a good size. Post is collected at the front desk and kept safe. Maintenance are pretty quick to respond and the cleaners are good.
Sociable but lack of social spaces
My accommodation turned out to be better than expected. Wish there was more social links between the different accommodation on campus. Great location, super close to my lectures. Staff are very helpful when it is something urgent. The app is super easy to use.
Some of the toilets are small but its a perfect place for your first year at uni and you would love to meet new friends and enjoy your year at university.
