"I was trying to find a good university in England with international relationships to be able to study and learn how to work in an international environment to protect nature. I felt NTU offered that opportunity.

"I enjoyed the internationality and the large possibilities that exist around this course. In addition I was very impressed by the kindness and competence of the lecturers. They were very supportive and available. Every lecturer on the course had a lot of experience on the subject.

"I did my final research project in Kenya and it was a great experience. I did a monitoring of the anthropogenic impact on frog populations in three different wetlands (noise pollution, water quality, habitat quality and abundance, richness, diversity, and distribution of frogs using auditory surveys)."

"I’m now working for a restoration project in Kenya in the Maasai Mara. Another good part of the course is that it is quite broad so you will gain many experiences that could be used in several different situations and jobs, from practical skills to developing action plans."
