What’s Service Design?
Service Design is the craft of tying together human, digital, and physical interactions over time to create seamless user experiences.
It's also one of the fastest growing and in demand design disciplines.
What’s this session about?
In this session, we'll be running our very 1st ‘Workshop-Swapshop’ designed specifically for people eager to learn more and enhance their workshop and facilitation skills.
You’ll get the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn in an interactive environment where everyone comes to both teach and learn.
Whether you're looking to refine your techniques or discover new creative approaches, you'll get plenty of actionable insights to take away and apply to your own practice.
Who should come along?
You could be a seasoned Service Design practitioner, a curious career pivoter, or just be looking for new creative approaches to workshopping and facilitation that you can apply to your own practice.
Anything else?
There'll be plenty of time for drinks, nibbles, and conversations!
