Role

Lee is an Educational Development Team Administrator who supports the work of the Educational Development Team by providing efficient and professional administration. Lee’s responsibilities include supporting a range of education development events, the creative promotion of such events in a variety of media, coordinating educational development support for innovative teaching, and ensuring that the Educational Development Team follow processes and maintains records that are in keeping with university policies and legal requirements.

Lee also works collaboratively with CADQ administrators and colleagues to provide administrative support for the department for defined cover functions.

Career overview

Prior to joining CADQ in July 2022, Lee worked for the University of Nottingham Students’ Union as their Student Voice Administrator, where his work included everything from elections, organising and minuting democratic meetings, updating governing documents and reporting student feedback for the purposes of quality monitoring and educational enhancement. He also has 13 years’ experience in the banking sector and 7 years’ experience as a quality inspector in an engineering environment.
