I am an Associate Professor in Business Transformation, Course Leader for MSc Business Transformation, and research coordinator for the Department of Management at Nottingham Business School.

Career overview

Prior to my current appointment, I worked at Coventry University and Anglian Ruskin University. I have extensive teaching and PGR supervision experience in Strategy and Management, International Business, Business Analytics, etc.

Research areas

My research centres on sustainability, covering primary topics including strategic management, CSR/ESG, innovation, technology (AI, IoT, AR, Digital Twins, blockchain, etc.), business transformation, consumer behaviour, and social influence. I explore social, economic, and technological perspectives in manufacturing, e-waste, e-business, e-commerce, agriculture, hospitality and tourism and ask questions about how businesses and society achieve sustainable performance.

My research has been published in high-impact Strategy and Business Management Journals such as Long Rang Planning, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Technology Forecasting & Social Change, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, and more.
