NBS alumni from the class of 1993 reunite in Nottingham after 30 years

A group of 38 BA (Hons) European Business Studies alumni travelled to Nottingham earlier this month, some even flying in from across Europe and beyond to meet their former classmates.

Many of them hadn’t returned to Nottingham since graduating. They were given a campus tour by Alumni Relations Executive Jenni Basi, and were amazed at how much the City Campus had changed and grown.

“The Playpen and Cubes Cafe in the Chaucer Building have long since been replaced! It was an amazing day of catching up and hearing stories about how our degree had led many to work across the globe,” one of the group told us.

Another added: “The overall mood of the day was one of pride and happiness as we all remembered our time at NTU, and how studying and working abroad led many of us to push ourselves into our career choices.”
