Role
Dr Nuh Erdogan is a Senior Lecturer in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering Course Lead, and Lead of the Sustainable Energy Research Group at Nottingham Trent University. His research addresses the decarbonisation of power systems, with particular emphasis on the grid integration of low-carbon technologies and intelligent, data-driven approaches to power-system planning and operation. He has significant international research experience across academic institutions in the UK, USA, Ireland and Turkey. He has led and contributed to multidisciplinary research projects funded through Horizon 2020, UKRI, SEAI, NSF and ESF, spanning transportation electrification, ocean renewable energy, distribution networks and cyber-physical energy systems, in collaboration with academic, industrial and public-sector partners.
