Paulina is the Senior Global Mobility Manager at Nottingham Trent University.

She oversees European and international exchange partnerships, leads the management of the Turing funding scheme, chairs a strategic Global Mobility Working Group, and manages a dynamic team of five.

A core focus of her work is supporting NTU's Connecting Globally Strategy, ensuring that students have access to enriching, sustainable international experiences that promote personal and professional development.

Paulina has had the privilege of working in International Education since 2012, dedicating her career to fostering global mobility opportunities for both students and staff.

Throughout her career, Paulina has built expertise in risk management, partnership development, student visa support, student mental health, career consulting, and sustainability in mobility programs. She is passionate about mentoring, guiding students through the complexities of international exchange, and seeing the lasting impact these opportunities have on their lives.

Beyond NTU, Paulina is actively engaged in shaping the future of the field. She is a member of the UUKi Visa Group, UUKi Climate Action and Sustainability Group, serves on the ISEP Council of Advisors, and holds the role of Vice Chair at BUTEX (British Universities Transnational Exchange). All positions allow her to contribute to the advancement of international exchange initiatives on a broader scale.
