NTU Tennis Centre

The home of tennis at Nottingham Trent University.

NTU Sport’s state of the art four-court indoor tennis centre is on our Clifton Campus. It offers tennis all year round to NTU students and staff, and to the general public.

You'll find the tennis centre behind the Clifton Sports Hub, next to the 3G and hockey pitches. Please ensure you have an appropriate booking in advance of using the courts.

Court costs at NTU Tennis Centre vary, dependant on whether you hold one of our Pink memberships, are a student/staff member or member of the public, and the time of day you want to play. Please see below break down of tariffs for court hire:

As well as casual bookings, we also host:

Since 2017, we've hosted many prestigious events at our tennis centre. Recent events include:

  • LTA Visually Impaired National Championships
  • LTA National, Regional & County Tour
  • LTA County Cup
  • LTA National Camps
  • British University & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Individual Championships
  • AoC Sport National Championships
  • Racketlon

Student Tennis Club

NTU Tennis Club has 180 members, including performance team players and social members. Tennis Club membership includes access to:

  • Weekly club coaching sessions
  • Internal and external competitions
  • Social events
  • Discounted court hire at NTU Tennis Centre
